BREAKING: Judge Issues FINAL Warning: The Arrest Countdown Begins | rachel maddow

Good evening. Tonight’s story is not social media noise. It’s not partisan outrage. It’s something far more serious. A federal judge is now examining whether U.S. military strikes ordered under Donald Trump and Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth crossed the line into war crimes.

We’re talking about at least 22 strikes on boats in the Caribbean, leaving 87 people dead. According to leaked reports, some attacks included so-called “double taps”—second strikes that allegedly targeted survivors in the water. That’s not law enforcement. That’s not self-defense. Under international law, that’s extrajudicial killing.

The United Nations has called for the strikes to stop. The International Criminal Court is reviewing them. And instead of transparency, Trump is attacking the judge, screaming about witch hunts, and demanding immunity.

This isn’t about politics. It’s about whether America follows the law—or decides it doesn’t apply anymore.
